Joel - Office Manager - FMS Dental & Orthodontics

Joel

Office Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Joel brings a friendly smile and a wealth of knowledge to our team. Over the years, he has worked in a variety of specialties—including dental lab work, orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, cosmetic and general dentistry—gaining a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry.
As our Office Manager, Joel ensures that every visit runs smoothly—from the front desk, to the treatment room. He loves getting to know our patients, helping them feel comfortable, and making sure they have the best possible experience at our office.
When not at work, Joel enjoys spending time with family, tending to yard work at home and volunteering at his kids school.

Treatment Coordinator

Tina has been in the dental field for over 15 years, specializing in financial services, billing, and collections. She finds great joy in what she does! She believes it is greatly rewarding to help practices stay organized and financially healthy. Above all, she loves helping her patients reach their healthiest and best smiles.

In her spare time, she loves crafting and watching baseball. She’s a proud native Houstonian and loves everything everything her city has to offer.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Karla was born in Cuba, moved to Houston at the age of 14; and has been proud to call it home ever since. She is a registered dental hygienist with nearly four years of clinical experience, dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate patient care. She is passionate about educating patients on the connection between oral health and overall wellness, empowering them to achieve lasting, healthy smiles.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

Kay has been part of the dental field since 2020 and is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. Raised in Houston, she loves being part of the local community and enjoys all the great things the city has to offer.

Honey

Registered Dental Assistant

Honey has been a dental assistant for over 15 years and is passionate about providing excellent patient care. Originally from Iran, she takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits.

Outside of work, Honey enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and volunteering in her community.
