Financial

Financing and insurance are always major factors people when it comes to scheduling dental treatment, but we don’t ever want you to sacrifice high-quality oral health care due to financial considerations.

We will be happy to work with you to plan your treatment in stages so they fit more conveniently into your budget. You can choose from any of our financing and insurance options to ensure that you get the care you need when you need it.

If you have concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are always available to discuss your needs and provide the answers you’re looking for!

Insurance

Understanding the details of your insurance coverage can be frustrating, so it’s good to know you have somewhere to turn for assistance with any questions you have.

We currently work with the following insurances, but we are happy to file all claims as a courtesy to our patients. This isn’t meant to be a comprehensive list, so please call our office if you have questions about your specific insurance plan.

What is OON?

When a dental office is considered “out-of-network,” it means that the practice does not have a contracted fee agreement with a specific insurance plan.

Although we may be out of network with your plan, PPO plans still offer out of network benefits that can be used similarly to those that are in-network.

We verify insurance as a courtesy and always encourage our patients to contact their insurance directly for further details and clarification!

Here’s an overview of Cherry financing for dental patients:

Cherry is a patient financing company that partners directly with dental practices to let patients pay for treatment in monthly installments rather than all at once. Rather than requiring patients to pay the full cost of treatment at once, Cherry offers financing plans that divide the cost into monthly payments. The application is quick and low-friction: Cherry’s entirely digital application takes just 3–5 minutes from any smartphone or computer, with no paper forms or faxing involved, and most applicants receive an instant decision and can begin treatment the same day. Checking eligibility allows applicants to view prequalified payment options without affecting their credit score until a plan is selected and finalized.

In terms of what patients can access, loans go up to $50,000 with terms as long as 60 months, and payment terms range from 3 to 60 months, with monthly amounts adjusted to the chosen term. Many plans come with 0% APR options with no hidden fees, though these promotional rates depend on qualification. Cherry also tends to be more accessible than traditional credit: it evaluates multiple factors beyond just credit score, increasing approval chances for patients who might not qualify with traditional lenders, and one practice notes a minimum credit score of around 520, along with needing a social security number and being at least 18 years old. Keep in mind that specific terms (loan caps, required down payments, exact APR offers) can vary by the dental practice and the lending partner behind a given plan, so it’s worth confirming details directly with your dentist’s office or on Cherry’s site before committing.
